Pip's is incredibly excited to be collaborating with Shun from the undisputable Norwich institution, Shiki, for one Sunday Brunch only this May. Toruko Rice is a staple dish at cafes, diners and restaurants in Nagasaki and is rarely served outside of the region. Each element of the dish has its own distinct flavour but together culminate into a pinnacle of comfort eating. To drink, expect crispy Japanese lager, ice-cold highballs, house-made soda and Dark Arts Coffee.
